The agreement between you and Trading Hub.
Trading Hub ("the Service") is a static-JS web application providing factor-based scoring, regime-aware forecasting, and educational research about publicly traded instruments. It is operated by Kadeem Yearwood as a personal research workstation, deployed at trading-hub.kylifehub.com.
Outputs from the Service — including scores, forecasts, tier ratings, expected-move cones, alerts, playbooks, and synthesised recommendations — are research artefacts, not recommendations. They are generated by deterministic algorithms and large-language-model assistance, both of which can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results.
Specifically:
You agree not to:
The Service relies on external data feeds (CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, FRED, SEC EDGAR, FDA, EIA, IMF, DeFi-Llama, Tradier, Binance Futures, COT, Coinbase Exchange). These are subject to their own terms; the Service makes a best-effort attempt to surface freshness and conflict signals (per Trust §4).
See the Privacy Policy. Short version: client-side static-JS app; data stored in your browser's IndexedDB; no server-side accounts; AI features (when enabled) call Claude API via /api/ai-query — input is logged for usage metering, not for training.
AI-assisted features (commentary, plain-English translation, counter-thesis, decision replay, daily newsletter) use Anthropic Claude. Per Trust commitment 1, every AI claim is decomposable to its source. Hallucinations are still possible — verify critical claims independently. Per Bible §15.115 we attempt to verify cited URLs; failed verifications are flagged inline.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, its operator, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost trading opportunities — arising from your use of the Service.
Material changes to these Terms will be announced 30 days in advance via /changelog and via the cache-version bump in the service worker. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Questions, disputes, or responsible-disclosure reports: kadeem.yearwood@gmail.com (security: see /.well-known/security.txt).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in good faith first; failing that, in the courts of New York County.
